Tiffin reports

Christopher M. Factor, 35, of Tiffin, was charged with forgery-uttering Friday afternoon.

Shase A. Breaux, 24, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving under suspension, failure to obey a traffic control device and weaving zig-zag course early Sunday morning.

Kelvin A. Addis, 54, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct early Sunday morning. A 300-block Clinton Avenue resident had reported being awoken by a man who was bleeding from the head and pounding on his door. The man asked the resident to give him a ride home.

A person reported early Sunday morning two people broke the fire pit at Bear’s Den, 64 E. Perry St.

A person reported Sunday afternoon a man tried to put his head through the door at Rite Aid, 530 W. Market St. He had been upset that he could not pay his co-pay for a prescription.

County reports

A man went to the station Saturday evening to report the theft of his vehicle from The Nest, 11293 W. SR 18.

A person reported Saturday night there was an incident at Circle K, 272 N. Sandusky St., involving a man throwing several gallons of windshield washer fluid.

A 10000-block East CR 38 resident went to the station Sunday morning to report identity theft.

6000-block West TR 52 resident reported Sunday morning someone went through unlocked vehicles.

Fostoria reports

An investigation and charges were pending after a man reported Saturday evening he saw a person who shoplifted from Sandusky Street Carryout, 526 Sandusky St., outside again.

A man was arrested Saturday evening after Wood County Children Services requested an officer go with them to the 600 block of James Marie Court regarding an incident that had occurred.

A man reported Saturday night someone egged his semi near Stadium Drive and North Town Street.

A person reported early Sunday morning people in the 300 block of Summit Street were hitting each other.

Tiffin accidents

Mary P. Cornely, 89, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to control after an accident on West Perry Street Tuesday morning.

Linda K. Roschie, 67, of Tiffin, was cited with improper right turn after an accident at South Washington and Sycamore streets Tuesday afternoon.

County accident

John C. Feucht, 46, of Findlay, was cited with failure to control after an accident on SR 4 Thursday morning.

Fostoria accident

Andres Eufracio, 19, of Fostoria, was cited with a red light violation after an accident at East Lytle Street and Columbus Avenue March 8.

Jeffery L. Hammer, 44, of Fostoria, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident on South Main Street Tuesday morning.

A non-injury accident was reported at East Market and Greenfield streets Saturday night.

Fire

Fostoria Fire Division responded to a strong odor of natural gas in the area of Columbus Avenue and Lewis Street Saturday evening.

Bellevue fire and EMS responded to a shed or outbuilding fire at 6526 N. SR 18 early Sunday morning. A Bellevue Fire Department spokesman said it was a pole barn, and he was unaware of any injuries.

EMS

Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had three squad runs Friday evening, one squad run Friday night, one squad run Saturday morning, one squad run Saturday afternoon, one squad run Saturday evening, one squad run Saturday night and three squad runs early Sunday morning. Sycamore fire assisted Saturday night. The squad run Saturday night was to Seneca County Jail for a possible heart attack, and a person was taken to Mercy Tiffin Hospital. According to Seneca County Sheriff Bill Eckelberry, the situation involved an inmate, and the inmate was released from the hospital early Sunday morning.

Bloomville EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Sunday morning.

Green Springs EMS and fire had a squad run Sunday morning.

Green Springs EMS, Old Fort fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Sunday afternoon.
