Woman pleads guilty

A woman pleaded guilty to two charges during a hearing in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Kelbley’s courtroom.

Courtney M. Aryee, 28, entered written pleas of guilty to charges of trafficking in cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, and petty theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Kelbley sentenced her to three years of community control, court records state.

Ayree must undergo counseling, substance abuse rehabilitation and/or treatment as determined necessary. She also must be evaluated and complete a substance abuse rehabilitation program through Coleman Professional Services and undergo random drug and/or alcohol urinalysis as directed by Adult Parole Authority, court records state.

Ayree must pay restitution of $70 and a $90 fine.
