Several indicted on drug-related charges
Several people were indicted by a Seneca County grand jury on drug-related charges.
Florentino Rodriguez, 27, of Fostoria, was charged with trafficking in cocaine, a first-degree felony; trafficking in marijuana, a second-degree felony; and possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony, according to court records.
Seneca County Drug Task Force – METRICH Enforcement Unit, U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency and Fostoria Police Department had executed a search warrant at his residence at 516 Gormley St. June 18.
The grand jury found the alleged drug trafficking occurred in the vicinity of a child and that a pistol and three phones are subject to forfeiture, according to his indictment.
Separately, Jonathan A. Nahm, 33, of Fremont, was charged with two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, both fourth-degree felonies, according to court records.
The alleged incidents involved Oxycodone and occurred April 4, 2018, and April 17, 2018, according to his indictment.
Separately, Roy M. Landers Jr., 35, of Fostoria, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
The alleged incident involved methamphetamine March 10, according to his indictment.
