Wilma M. Heiser
Wilma M. Heiser, 79, of Attica, passed Monday, Feb. 4, 2019, suddenly and unexpectedly.
She was born July 20, 1939, in Bellevue, to William “Biagio” and Bessie (Benedetta) Artino. She married Irvin E. Heiser Sr. Nov. 22, 1958, and he preceded her in death in 2011.
Mrs. Heiser is survived by her two sons, Irvin (Shar) Heiser Jr. of Attica and Stephen (Angela) Heiser of Bellevue; five grandchildren, Lileigh, Courtney, Kent, Charlotte and Shayden; five sisters, Frances Leonard of Bellevue, Connie (Paul) Strickfaden of Bellevue, Mary MooMaw of Attica, Lois Barnett of Bellevue and Toni (Rob) Goetz of Bellevue; and two brothers, Orlando Artino and John Artino, both of Bellevue.
She was preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, Joseph, Sam, Anthony, Frank and Carl Artino; and two sisters, Clara Hayes and Theresa Breest.
Mrs. Heiser was a member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, enjoyed cooking and cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.
There will be no public visitation.
A Mass of Christian burial will begin at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 8, 2019, at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, with the Rev. Nathan Bockrath officiating. Burial will be in Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Attica.
Memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Hope Church or Seneca East Public Library through Lindsey-Foos-Kocher Funeral Service, 295 W. Tiffin St., Attica.
