Thank you, SFSC Christmas 365 raffle sponsors and participants

The 2019 raffle fundraiser, Christmas 365, now being held by the St. Francis Spirituality Center, is proving to be a wonderful success. More than 15 local businesses helped sponsor this, and for that, we are very grateful.

We wish to thank all who purchased a ticket for this fundraiser and want to remind everyone it’s not too late to do so, as tickets will be sold through Dec. 20. The funds raised will go to help St. Francis Spirituality Center with its 2019 programs and retreats, including programs for veterans and first responders.

We wish to thank Modern Woodmen Fraternal Financial, which helped sponsor this event, with a follow-up matching grant from Modern Woodmen of America in Rock Island, Illinois.

“Rebecca Shank of Modern Woodmen Fraternal Financial is a wonderful part of SFSC’s fundraising volunteer efforts. We appreciate that she helped increase the funds that were raised locally through this matching grant,” said Sister Edna Michel, director of St. Francis Spirituality Center.

“Many people and businesses working together have made this event so successful,” said Andria Marquis of the Mission Advancement Office.
