n New Riegel downed Gibsonburg 36-31. Jenna Gabel had nine points for the Blue Jackets, while Bria Dailey and Breanna Norville each had eight.
n Perkins took down Columbian 43-38. Tatiana Dines and Lizzie Newland both had11 points for TC, while Koryn Morelock chipped in 10 points.
BOYS JV BASKETBALL: Seneca East overpowered Bucyrus 55-34, thanks to Andrew Kalb’s 15 points and Austin Snay’s 10.

n Clyde routed Fremont St. Joe 71-20.
n Carey topped Mohawk 60-56. Hayden Nash led Carey with 22 points, while Tyler Hayman (13) and Jacob Coldiron (12) were the leading scorers for the Warriors.
n Fostoria downed Hopewell-Loudon 45-37. CJ Smith led the Chieftains with 15 points, while Carter Ritchey added 11.
BOYS FRESHMAN BASKETBALL: Fostoria upended Hopewell-Loudon 53-42. Devin Falter scored 15 points for H-L and Ashton Bour netted 10.
GIRLS JUNIOR HIGH BASKETBALL: Seneca East’s seventh grade dominated Carey 26-6. Jo Guhn led Seneca East with eight points, while Olivia Stockmaster had six. Kyrra Bowman scored four points for Carey.
n Seneca East’s eighth grade topped Carey 35-19 as Hillary Bogner popped in 15 points and Katelyn Siesel added 12. Meghan Litteljohn dropped in seven points for the Blue Devils.
n Calvert’s eighth grade topped Hopewell-Loudon 30-22 as Leah Smith had 10 points and Seyla Moyer added nine for the Senecas.
BOYS JUNIOR HIGH BASKETBALL: Calvert’s seventh grade slipped past Hopewell-Loudon 32-30. Harry Shultz led Calvert with 10 points and Jacob Rombach and Lucas Recker each chipped in four. Evan Kreais scored 17 points for H-L.
n Hopewell-Loudon beat Calvert 40-22 in eighth grade play. Hayden Welly netted 16 points for H-L and Chase Jorgensen added 13. Nick Palm led Calvert with nine points and Mason Johnson added seven.
