GOLF: The team of Dan Kenner and Alex Kenner lead the Carmies Monday Night League at Seneca Hills with 109 points. In second is the team of Bob and Tim Young with 96 points.

n Dave Sendelbach, Ric Garreston, Tom Company and Darl Elchert combined to shoot 13 under to win the Bump’s Senior Travel Group at Stone Ridge in Bowling Green. Dave Combs, Dutch Ediburn, Mark Orians and Larry Miller at 11 under. Combs had the only skin for the day. Next week’s outing is a bus trip to The Legends in Massillon. The bus leaves at 5:50 a.m. from the Fostoria Shopping Center and 6:45 a.m. from the Wal-Mart parking lot in Tiffin. If anyone other than those committed is driving to Massillon, call Bob at (419) 934-0227. If you are unsure you are or unsure you are not included on the bus, call Bob. If driving, make sure you arrive at the course no later than 9:30 a.m. There is no scheduled outing for those not going to Massillon. In two weeks, June 25, the group will play at Sycamore Springs near Arlington, beginning at 9:30 a.m.

n Prize winners for the Seneca Hills Tuesday Morning League was Lou Ann Newlove (closest to pin in three No. 14), Carla Siebenaller (longest drive, red tee No. 17), Paula Wise (longest drive, black tee) and Barb Kuhn had the low gross.

VOLLEYBALL: The Female Junior National Teams from Blackswamp Volleyball Sports Academy in Tiffin will have six teams ranging from 11-17 years of age competing in the Junior National Tournament in Indianapolis from June 27-July 6. A send-off for the athletes will run 5-9 p.m. June 24 at the Tiffin Buffalo Wild Wings.
